IX. Cookies

Our website www.everyprime.com uses cookies.

A cookie is a small text file that a website, application or other platform stores on the user's device. It contains information about browsing or use of content, such as a tag identifying the device. Cookies are needed, for example, to make navigation easier and to understand how users interact with platforms in order to improve them. They are also used to deliver advertisements matching user preferences and for the other purposes described below. Cookies do not harm your computer or device. When we refer to "cookies", we also mean other similar technologies for storing and collecting information on the device.

We use session cookies, which are deleted after the browser is closed, and persistent cookies, which allow the browser to be recognized on subsequent visits.

Types of cookies

By owner:

  • Own cookies — sent to the user's device from a website managed by its owner, which provides the service requested by the user.
  • Third-party cookies — sent to the user's device from platforms and third parties associated with the visited website (described below).

By purpose:

  • Essential (technical) cookies — allow the user to navigate the website and use its options and services, e.g. traffic control, identification of data or sessions, access to restricted sections, remembering items in an order, processing purchases and payments, security and registration. They are downloaded by default because they are needed to display the page or provide the requested service.
  • Functional cookies — remember information so that the user gets a service with specific characteristics, e.g. language, number of search results, appearance depending on the browser or region. Not accepting them may slow down the website or result in poorly matched recommendations.
  • Analytical cookies — allow us to measure the number of users, visited sections and the way users interact with the website, in order to analyze its use and improve it.
  • Behavioural (advertising) cookies — store information about user behaviour obtained by observing browsing, which allows a profile for displaying ads to be created and advertising space to be managed effectively, directly or with third parties.

Consent to cookies

You can change cookie settings in your browser or delete cookies altogether; the browser menu explains how to do it. Completely disabling or limiting cookies may cause difficulties in using our website and many other websites that use cookies.
